About this apartment rental
Available for Rent: 2 bedrooms (1.5 baths & sleeper sofa in the living room) Winter Park, Colorado condo (Unit #113) minutes from the ski lift at Lions Gate Pines Lodge. Winter Park has a free bus system that will pick you up/drop you off right in front of the condo as well as several other stops including the local Safeway. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Free parking and Wifi. Heated outdoor pool and indoor hot tubs, a huge game room, two common areas for reading or playing games, and laundry room (takes quarters). Winter Park is a very family-friendly ski resort town.
Please note that Week 6 of 2024 (February 9-16) is our last available unit for rent and all seven nights must be reserved.
Within 48 hours of reservation, owner will contact property manager (StayWinterPark) to provide rental agreement directly to the renter via email.
Digital keycode for entry into main building and condo unit will be provided at least 24 hours before check-in.
Free parking is included but pass is required to be displayed on your rear view mirror and is available for pickup when you arrive for check-in at the StayWinterPark property management office ~4 blocks away from the property.
Elevation of the property is approximately 8800 feet, please be sure to drink plenty of water and eat lots of carbohydrates before you arrive!
