This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 4000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- New villa on top of the hill with 4 bedrooms (1 king-size and 3 queen-size), each with its own TV. The living room also has a Netflix TV and a sofa bed, and can be locked, so it could be used as a 5th bedroom if needed.
