About this house rental
This 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 4400 sqf. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)

My two friends and I were fortunate enough to be able to spend 18 sun-soaked days in this beautiful residence. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the property was maintained to a high level. The private pool was wonderful for quiet relaxation, and on the few rainy days we had, the covered patio allowed us to sit outside.
The distance to downtown and the beaches is easily walked to within 10-15 minutes, although there is a bit of a hill coming back that will give your cardio a workout. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were excellent. Being in a gated community certainly gives you a feeling of ease, and the back up power was definitely a bonus the few times the rest of the city was blacked out.
Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and thank the owners and staff for providing us the opportunity to stay here. I would highly recommend this residence to others.

The villa was as advertised and the owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this villas to anyone. I know I will be returning again...hopefully soon!
