When you book this beautiful first-floor suite at Sands Villas, just four miles from Shevans Park, you can step right off the elevator to arrive at your door. Enjoy a spectacular view of the outdoor swimming pool from your living room or your balcony. You'll love the large and open living space that includes a wet bar and dining area when you settle into the living room to watch a good movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen includes granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you prepare your meals and there is plenty of seating to enjoy a meal together at the dining table with seating for four guests. The kids can chatter away from the bar stools at the counter.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a wall-mounted TV and a ceiling fan, plus a great pool view. The main bath is private with a walk-in shower and granite countertops. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a ceiling fan. There is a separate den area when you enter that has a sleeper sofa and wall-mounted TV. The full bath in the hall has a walk-in shower and granite countertops.
Sands Villas has elevators, an outdoor pool with outdoor bathrooms, an indoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, and shared outdoor charcoal grills along with gated access. Free WiFi is included, as is a private, stacked washer and dryer.

This was a perfect location! The ladies at the check-in were very friendly and all the amenities at the place were perfect. Only suggest we had was black out curtains in the bunk room to block out the hallway light and fix the blinds in the kind room. It is located right at the corner and was a worry people could see us change.

The condo is in a fabulous location, has super amenities, and the rate is wonderful. The only issue is that basic needs like cable tv and the blinds to provide privacy need some serious attention. Broken shades, exposure to heat, no privacy in bedroom in a 1st floor space is not good. Owners need to take better care for the benefit of their guests if they continue to rent this space.
