This two-story charmer is within a short walking distance of the beach and near amazing local attractions that include Oceanana Pier & Pier House Restaurant, Fort Macon State Park, Crystal Coast Civic Center, North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Old Burying Ground, Island Express Ferry Service, and Lost Treasure Golf & Raceway.
As you enter this splendid retreat, you will be welcomed by a bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Break out any of the board games provided and gather around the dining table for an entertaining evening at home, or watch a fun show or movie on the TV in the living room. Show off your culinary skills and surprise your guests with delicious homemade treats prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with everything you need. The kitchen opens onto a sunny deck with an outdoor dining area with an umbrella where you can enjoy alfresco meals. The front deck looks over the sound to Morehead City and offers a great spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The upper level houses all three bedrooms, with the primary suite offering a private deck and an en suite bathroom.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are not located inside of the unit. They are located in the carport area by parking spot on the left side pillar.

This unit is in a great stretch of atlantic beach with really nice views of the intercoastal from the two back decks. We took advantage of the short easy walk to the beach and the easy drive to all the fun amenities of AB and Morehead City.

Have stayed at this unit several times. Super view of the sound and port at Beaufort, quick walk to the wonderfully quiet beach. Nice safe neighborhood allowing us to take our dog out for walks. Everything here that you’ll need for a great vacation, only need to bring your favorite people to spend it with!

This home is in a great location to get to many places in the area, and has a good view from the balconies. The home meets all basic needs/amenities, we had no problems with the home itself, would just be mindful when booking this home for elderly or handicap guests because of all of the stairs. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!!

We loved the location. The house itself was great. We would have preferred the cleaning to be a bit more thorough. Great experience over all.
