Comfortably relaxing

For the price you won’t find better. 5 to 6 minutes away from Punta Gorda 5 to 6 minutes away from wonderful Port Charlotte city park on alligator Bay. The park has everything you expect plus a nice swimming pool with lifeguards, and Pickleball courts, nice swimming beach, a pier where locals were fishing, and a bocce ball Court!! Losvany’s home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, extremely clean, and the pool table was a big bonus. If you plan to bake and cook a lot, double check to see if he has added mixing bowls and serving bowls. Otherwise There were a lot of great kitchenware and spices. But no mixer; I myself travel with a mini mixer and a coffee grinder because that’s something I use a lot. Nice rainfall showerhead. Plenty of coastal birdlife on lawn and canal, which is in your backyard. Also has a carport which is a plus. The neighbors were very friendly. We were there six weeks; Losvany was very prompt with our questions, especially in the first week getting settled.
