Waterfront Gulf Access Beach House w Lainai

The first impression of this home on arrival was clean and uncluttered. The most appealing feature was the large, screened porch overlooking a canal. We spent every minute we were at the house sitting there watching the birds and enjoying our breakfast coffee and afternoon wine. We chose Port Charlotte for its convenience to the family and friends we were visiting in the area from Bonita Springs to Sarasota. Overall, this was a comfortable home (beds and furniture) and will definitely be my first choice for next winter's escape from northern weather.

When renting this property, I noted that it was new to the rental market. That being the case, I expected the inventory of kitchen supplies and linens to be well stocked and fresh. Unfortunately, attention to this detail had not been done. This would not be a deterrent to our renting this property again since it did not decrease our enjoyment of this property and our visit.
