Escape to this luxurious lakefront home with an abundance of amenities including a lavish screened pool area for your family's private use. This is one of a limited number of single-level homes that back to a lake for fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and easy access to big water fishing all from the private dock. Whether you're splashing in the saltwater pool, lounging on the outdoor furniture, or dining al fresco, the oversized lanai offers expansive relaxing lake views from every corner; be sure to watch for dolphins playing in the lake. If you prefer shade, the patio has a covered portion complete with ceiling fans and a television.
In the evenings, unwind with a fireside chat by the firepit. Enjoy the two separate indoor lounge areas, glistening kitchen, well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, and all you need to cook for your family. There is a vast countertop that doubles as a four-seat breakfast bar and a kitchen table with beautiful lake views. If you're cooking something gourmet, you may prefer to indulge in the elegantly-furnished formal dining area, across from the mini-bar area with its wine rack and wine cooler. You are only minutes to the grocery store, Westin Marina, and Cape Harbour for boat rentals, shopping, and dining.

Dock details: The boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee the safe docking of any watercraft.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. The appliances are updated and beds comfortable. So much space and storage and the community is wonderful. Much of ft Myers is rebuilding from the hurricane so check before you go somewhere to see if they are open! but most of Cape Coral was open! We recommend visiting Texas Tony’s for BBQ, Ice screeeeam for ice cream and tropical breeze fun park for putt putt. You can order beer from the course!
The pool was the best amenity, by far. Plus there was a heater in the exhaust fan in the master bathroom that made it so nice and warm when coming in from the pool!
Bring your own pool toys, the ones left there are falling apart. And the pillows in the master bedroom are very firm so bring your own if firm isn’t for you.

We had an amazing two weeks at this lovely home. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the sunset at the fireplace. The house had more than enough space to accommodate the whole family (4 Adults and 2 Kids).

This tastefully decorated home is spacious and comfortable. We stayed for an adult family vacation over New Years. The home is as described, west facing in a quiet residential area of the 8 lakes region in Cape Coral. It was lovely to have not only a pool but also waterfront with beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed TV and propane firepit in the lanai and New years fireworks around the lake. Would definitely recommend and return if planning to visit this area of Florida.

Beautiful home on a nice man made lake. The back of the house faces west which made for beautiful sunsets on the lanai/from the pool. The house is open concept and has a very spacious living area with sliding doors opening to the lanai. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor nook on the lanai including an outdoor tv. It’s conveniently situated about 30 min from Sanibel/Captiva and Ft. Myers Beaches with other local beaches nearby. Unfortunately we ran into a couple of issues (that could happen at any property) though the communication and follow through by both the central and local Property Management company (Vacasa)the Vacasa customer service number and the local Vacasa was very poor. We feel like we have given them ample opportunity to respond to our issues and we we have reached out several times since departing the property (primarily to recover a couple of new bathing suits we forgot were hanging in the shower) and we still have not received a call back (it’s been almost two weeks since we left). We really liked the property but our experience with Vacasa was not favorable.
