Grand Villa with Pool in Venice, FL

The pictures don't do this place justice. Our party was my wife, my sometimes-hard-to-please-teen-daughter, and me. We all loved it. It is a truly beautiful home, not just a flipped property turned into a VRBO. There are indeed 2 rooms, but also a loft area with two twin beds that overlooks the high-ceilinged living room. Everything was in great condition when we arrived. If you are planning to cook meals at home, everything you need is there. The spice rack is well stocked. There are plenty of pots and pan and utensils. Actually, extras of everything, and many specialty appliances if you are planning some fancier preparations.The access to the water from the public launch was less than 50 m from the property. The bikes were in great shape. The pool was clean and the mosquito netting (and the local lizards) did their jobs perfectly. Enjoy the outdoor shower!The location is a nice quiet neighborhood. We never heard a thing from the Yacht Club across the way. Grocery stores were less than 10 min away. We tried several beaches which were all within 15-20 min of the property. There were chairs, umbrellas, floatation toys, and scoops for shell/tooth hunting. No detail is overlooked in this place. We would stay here again, and again, and again.

Central location to multiple beaches, amazing pool and quick response from owner with any questions. Would definitely rent again if we were to come to the area!

We loved the house and pool! We had 5 adults. Rooms were all nice sizes. A nice large dining table. When we arrived all bathroom sliding doors were broken. Unfortunately didn’t provide enough privacy. Owner promised to have them repaired! We left after a week and no repairman! Otherwise it would have been 5*
