About this house rental
This is tastefully furnished 3-bedroom 2-bath a beautiful house.Fully remodeled with new furniture. Located in a quiet welcoming neighborhood.
The location of this home is everything! 8-10 min from multiple beaches. Close to the shopping area. Its conveniently located in South Venice Florida- 5 miles to Historic Venice Downtown. You're 8 minutes to Detwiler's Farm Market - your go-to for fresh fruits and veggies, a butcher and a seafood market. For fresh food, nothing beats it.
As you walk in you are greeted with a vaulted ceiling and an open floor plan. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal. This kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, five barstools, gorgeous countertops, and views of the living room. The informal dining table can accommodate up to four. The open floor plan has the sitting area, dining area, and kitchen all in one space, so if you decide to cook, you won’t be removed from the fun. The spacious living room has two large plush couches and a Smart TV. Adjacent is the formal dining room, which boasts a stunning chandelier and can accommodate up to six comfortably.
In this house you also has the den, which is the perfect spot to kick back and relax after a day of adventures.The den has a plush queen-size pull out couch, an adjoining day chair, and a Smart TV as well.
The primary suite awaits! This spacious bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and has an attached primary bathroom. The bathroom is spa inspired! There is a large walk-in closet, gorgeous dual vanities, and a powder room chair. There is an oversized walk-in shower that has two showerheads. One is a rainfall showerhead, and the other is a detachable showerhead.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, with plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. Down the hall, you will find the second bathroom that has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids! There is a bunk bed with a queen-size mattress on the lower bunk and a twin-size mattress on the top bunk.
Trash pick up is Thursday. If your stay falls on a Wednesday night , please leave the trash and recycle bin on the edge of the driveway for Thursday morning pick up. Any excess trash; please wrap any food well so it doesn’t attract animals to the trash and do not leave trash/recycling in the garage where it may leak onto the floor.
Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am, please be respectful of our neighbors. Please respect the neighborhood regarding noise as you would in your own house.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets

This was our first experience using Verbo to vacation so we had a few learning curves, but the property manager took very good care of us and was very prompt to answer all our questions. Kitchen is very well equipped and made cooking a breeze. Coffee options were fantastic and I was able to make my fancy brews right there, which saved me a ton of money in starbucks. But there are 2 starbucks close by if you prefer that. 😊 TV had so many options, linens were luxury. If I'm trying hard to find anything negative I would say the house is a bit loud because its all tile and high celings so you can hear every little movement in the home. A few area rugs and some fake greenery would help cut down on that I think, which would make the acoustics a bit better. And there was no grill to cook out on. Otherwise fabulous home.
Overall an exceptional property and I would definitely stay here again.
