This property was in a great location! Only about 10-15 minutes off of broadway. Really liked that there was an alarm system for the property since this was an all girls trip and it was in a safe area.

I was a little hesitant to book through VRBO/Vacasa since I’ve heard mixed reviews. With this being my first experience, I was satisfied with the stay. The rental was easy to get into and as expected. Parking was easy and the house was located in a residential area about 10 minutes away from downtown Nashville. The house was clean with fresh linens, soaps and shampoos. It obviously is a rental due to the scuffs/marks on the walls and picture frames looking disheveled. Bathrooms were nice but the master bathroom sink wasn’t draining correctly, living room carpet could use some cleaning/vacuum and the trundle bed in the second room was difficult to get out but doable with two people. This rental is located on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper you may want to reconsider since you can hear the cars outside all day/night. Overall a good stay with some room of improvement!

Overall I would recommend and stay here again. It was very close to broadway and other areas. While this is a what looks like new or renovated strip of units, It feels like it is in a bit older, not as nice area, but also did not feel unsafe at any point either. It was pretty well stocked for a long weekend stay with dishes, cookware, etc. enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc as well. If you plan to do laundry maybe bring your own detergent, only two pods were supplied but most people probably don’t do laundry on vacation like we did 😂
Overall the place was clean but could have had better attention to detail- it was dusty in the corners, some trash (like a clothing tag) left on the stairs, etc
We had a few minor issues upon checking in but had great communication with the property manager and what they could resolve immediately, they did.
One big thing that could have potentially caused an issue was that only one car is allowed to be parked at the property, I was told this was the HOA not the property owners rules and honestly the parking truly was very limited. We had two cars in our group and had to find street parking a couple blocks away for the second car. So if you are going to have multiple vehicles in a group just know you will have to find parking elsewhere for the additional vehicles in your group.
Again for the price and location I thought it was great and would stay here again.
