About this villa rental
This 1 Br / 1 BA villa is located in St James Park inside Kingston Resort. It's on the 1st floor with no steps. The bedroom has a King bed. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area with decorative fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).
Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.
Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.
Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. St James Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay! This condo is very well appointed and just feels like home. It’s a quick walk to the beach and is situated in a beautiful, quiet area. I was extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Nice condo, very comfortable although the living room is small. Would be great if they had an ice maker. Bed was very comfortable. We love Kingston Plantation.

It was one of the most difficult locations to try and find i eventually stopped a house keeper and she was able to help. I had to terminate a Palmetto bug in the kitchen and when i reported it i was told they sprayed often, ironically the exterminator showed up the next and i asked him if someone sent him and he said no it was time to spray the unit. The only other issue was the bed needs to be changed out and pillows need to be replaced.
