Guests have access to South Hampton pool, beach. Spa33 and onsite restaurants are offered by Kingston Plantation Resort.
The 157-acre Kingston Resort is located on the city`s north end. Nearby is Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, and golf courses, less than 10 minutes away.

* No pets. $500 fee if pet or pet remnants are found in unit or in building. It is the HOA rule that guests’ pets are not allowed in building or outdoor surroundings.
* Lost keys: $ 60 fee for not returned key
* Non-smoking unit. $200 cleaning fee if smoke is detected.
* No sand in unit. Some sand is inevitable, but if a lot of sand is detected, guest will be charged an extra $ 100 for the extra cleaning.
* No loud noise after 10 PM. $50 fee if security is called.
Please rinse off sand at the outdoor sprinklers before entering the building.
