This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1300 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

A few house rules:

- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Very nice place beautiful view right on the
beach close to town. Nice for a chill get away. No partying allowed. Very guess friendly though. Little pricey but you are paying for locations everything is in walking distance no need for taxi. Would stay there again.

Very, very, nice apartment., but to be truthful., there are little things that if not corrected, can become disastrous! In the main bedroom, the fan was hanging from the ceiling only by wires and could potentially fall on the sleeping guess. The AC starts to leak water if you have the temperature under 20, making the floor dangerously slippery. The rubber type edges for the shower doors are coming off, and the bottom edge of the shower floor along the wall needs to be resealed. Reason being is these things cause water to leak on the floor. Again, making it dangerously slippery. Also maybe mention at check-in, that cleaning service is not included. We didn't know that. Other than those things, I loved the apartment. It was very nice. And I only mention those things above because they can become much bigger problems if not corrected.
