About this house rental
From family vacations to getaways with friends, this beautiful villa is the perfect place to reconnect, relax, and enjoy everything the North Coast has to offer. Located in the quiet, gated community of Hispaniola Residence, enjoy mature tropical gardens, a private pool and covered terrace. You’re just minutes from the beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and nightlife of Sosúa, with Cabarete also just a short drive away.
As you arrive, you’ll find convenient parking for two vehicles and a welcoming walkway leading directly to the front entrance.
Step inside into a bright, open concept living and dining space. A half bathroom is conveniently located near the entrance.
Just off the main living area are two guest bedroom suites that essentially mirror one another. One is located to the right and the other to the left, each offering a queen size bed, a dressing area with built in closets and shelving, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.
Continue farther into the villa, beyond the TV and living area, and you’ll find the spacious primary bedroom. The primary suite features a king size bed, its own dressing and closet area, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, and direct access to the covered terrace.
The living and dining area also opens directly onto the terrace, creating an easy connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Just off the dining area is the spacious kitchen, offering generous counter space, plenty of storage, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. A separate filtered drinking water tap also provides convenient access to drinking water directly from the kitchen.
Step through the sliding doors onto the large covered terrace, where you’ll find a hammock, comfortable outdoor seating, and plenty of space to relax while enjoying the tropical surroundings. To one side is an outdoor dining area and kitchen with a BBQ, sink, and mini fridge, along with convenient access to the laundry room.
Just beyond the covered terrace are poolside loungers and your private swimming pool, all surrounded by lush, mature tropical greenery that gives the entire villa a relaxed Caribbean atmosphere.

**Community Registration Requirement**
To ensure a smooth arrival, the gated community requires all adult guests to be registered with security prior to check in. Please provide a photo of the passport or Dominican cédula for each adult guest **at least 24 hours before your arrival**. This information will be submitted to the community`s security office to allow sufficient time for processing and authorization, helping to prevent any delays at the entrance gate.
Backup Power
Hispaniola Residence has generator backup power for added convenience in the event of a power outage.
Electricity Included
Electricity is included with your stay. We simply ask that you help us use it responsibly. When leaving the villa or spending time outside, please turn off the air conditioning in rooms that are not being used.
You can turn the AC back on when you re enter the space. The air conditioners are efficient and will cool the room down again very quickly.
Responsible electricity use helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption and allows us to continue offering electricity as an included amenity for future guests. We truly appreciate your help!
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property or near open doors. Smoking and vaping are permitted outside. Please keep all doors and windows closed while smoking or vaping to prevent smoke from entering the property.
Your stay includes 40 kWh of electricity per night. Any usage above the included amount will be charged at 17 DOP per kWh and is payable at checkout. Payment can be made in USD, DOP, or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 5.5% processing charge.
Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. Air conditioners and pool pumps are major power draws. To help conserve energy and keep electricity usage within the included allowance, we recommend turning off air conditioners when leaving the property or when a room will be unoccupied for more than 30 minutes. The air conditioners are very efficient and can cool the rooms again within just a few minutes after being turned back on.
Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and early morning.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.
At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated garbage bins outside the property and ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off before departing.
Check out is at 10:00 AM. Late checkouts must be approved in advance and may incur an additional charge.
