Nice house we were 12 and we snuggled in nicely. Good layout for families. Getting to the beach while not too far is tough to get because lacking sidewalk.

Fun home with good space for family. Proximate to breach but a bit iffy to walk best drive over paid parking available. Downtown Bethany just 10 mins away

We have stayed in this house for the past several years (minus the COVID year) and have loved it-great location for us as our family has a place in Sea Colony which is super close. This is the first year we rented with Vacasa and the house was a wreck when we came in; the cleaners had not come, the garbage disposal was broken and the sink filled up with dirty water and we had to clean all the dishes ourselves. In addition, the 3 big trash cans were full and overflowing into the street and yard. This had not happened before, so I think this reflects Vacasa more than the owner of the home which is unfortunate for the owner. After 6 calls and several emails back and forth, Vacasa made it right, but it took 2 days of our vacation to deal with the issues.
Great house, not so great property management company.
