Sleeps 12 - BR1 Queen, BR2 Queen, BR3 2-Full (bunk), BR4 Queen & Double Sleeper Sofa, plus a Double Sleeper Sofa in the family room. Two master suites, one on first floor and another on the third floor, great for privacy and extremely family friendly. All mattress are brand new, high quality in 2022.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
A brand new 70' Smart TV in the family room with access to most major streaming services.

Overall this is a lovey rental. With 3 floors of space it was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children. The location is convenient and a short drive to the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and some toys in the garage. This space was also helpful for storing our own beach supplies. It was clean in the necessary areas but don't look under the furniture. Also, be mindful that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. We had a fun week!

The house was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. Location is great (6 minutes walk to the beach). The neighborhood is quiet. Also the owner was very nice.We surely come back another time !
