The air-conditioned interior of this condo is bright and breezy, offering a full kitchen, a six-person dining area, and a living room with a flatscreen TV that seamlessly blend into each other. This condo is located along Perdido Beach Boulevard, three miles east of the heart of Orange Beach. You'll be only a mile west of the Flora-Bama, four miles west of Perdido Key State Park, and even closer to all sorts of restaurants, shops, and conveniences.
Things to Know
Notice: This property has ongoing construction and repairs to the buildings on the Gulf side, across the street from this unit. The Gulf side of this property is where many amenities such as additional pools and beach access are located. Amenities on the beach side (south side) may be closed periodically by the HOA during certain phases of the Lei Lani Tower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is a great place to stay. Pool is very clean and there is ample seating. The access to the beach is across the street but not too far of a walk. Very clean and quiet. Close to other attractions.

Great Stay Cool Location. My only issue was the 1 ply tissue and no blankets and no beach shower. So if you like comfortable tissue bring your own. Also bring extra blanket. Be warned you will track in sand unless you go to the pool 1st it’s a shower there. Also the views are awesome the early morning traffic is something to get used to the pool is nice but do not leave any items. We forgot a beach ball and a beach towel in the pool area came back and both were missing. The people are friendly and welcoming. The parking is kinda tight but it’s do-able just drive super slow. This place is very family friendly however, I did not see an inside pool and the tennis court is in the next building over wasn’t sure if we could use so we didn’t. But beyond that it was a great and awesome stay. Also before I forget bring trash bags there was only 2 and we used them both. Also the door lock stopped working so the last day we had to leave the door unlocked and trust no one went in. We were unable to lock upon leaving but closed the door. The stay over all was great.

The place was clean, was just a short walk across the road to the beach. Pool was always clean. Grill area was so nice.
We actually left a few items there and within two days found everything and were shipping it back to us. I would recommend Lei Lani and Vacasa to anyone traveling. Will be booking again.

We have stayed at many units at this complex but will not stay at this one again. Our SUV couldn’t fit in the parking space, the cable was out for a day, the refrigerator didn’t cook very well, the front of the microwave fell off onto the stovetop shattering it and we didn’t get a replacement microwave for 26 hours and was requested not to use the stovetop. Since we usually eat all meals at the condo, this was an inconvenience. The property manager was responsive but didn’t really do anything to assist with any of the issues other than the loaner microwave - the next day. We will definitely stay at Lei Lani again, just not this unit.
