Single family house with large fenced yard; dog friendly. Easy half mile walk to downtown (McCulloch Blvd.), three-quarters mile to Rotary Park, and one mile to London Bridge. Off street boat parking.
The living room carpet has recently been updated with vinyl flooring. The bonus room (3rd bedroom, but actually just a small bonus room with a double/twin bunk bed) now has its own air conditioning unit

Perfect location to the lake and town. Excellent for families and traveling with our dog. The yard is large, fully fenced and convenient for our dog to play.

Awesome location! Quiet and loved that we could walk to restaurants. Clean home with big backyard. Owner was very quick to respond to questions during our stay.

We stayed here and really enjoyed the house. Host was super friendly and helpful, location was perfect, very close to all activities. Driveway was perfect for parking a boat and truck. House was nice and clean.

Smelled like sewer when we walked in. Found out smell was coming from garbage disposal which I was able to close off. 3rd bedroom seems like part of garage and :shares" A/C with rest of house and never gets cool. Carpet dirty, probably due to pets. Furniture in master old and chipped. Ok lake house...Other than those items, house was fine.
