This property is really beautiful! Everything is new and fresh. The beds are very comfortable. The fourth bedroom with the bunk beds is small but if you have kids who don’t need space, it should be fine. The neighborhood is quiet. We were there mid-August and the beach was not crowded at all. Some days it was just us for several hours! The house is on the edge of the neighborhood which is nice for privacy, but I would definitely recommend getting use of the golf cart. The distance to the beach is not a reasonable walk. We used the golf cart and everything was great!
The property owner was very quick with responses. I did have to probe a bit for more information but they responded always within a few mins.
A few things to know before you go. These are not necessarily negatives just things I would have liked to know to help prepare for the trip.
* Starter dishwasher soap, paper towels, and trash bags are provided but will not last if you’re there for a week.
* I would have liked more hand towels for the bathrooms and kitchen.
* There are no spices in the kitchen, so you’ll need to bring some from home or buy them.
* The check-in instructions don’t get sent until right before check-in time. I understand not wanting to send the key code until as close to check-in as possible to prevent early birds. But I think at least providing the info that there IS a code would be helpful to send out sooner. When driving from several hours away it’s disconcerting to not know anything about the process. We took the ferry and didn’t know if we would need to drive into town to pick up a key.

The overall all experience with this property was excellent. The house was beautiful and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Such a beautiful home in the perfect location. We did not want to be on the busy main strip and this was perfect for us. The golf cart made beach trips so much easier with grandparents and little ones. It was so quiet and peaceful there, the home was large enough that everyone had a comfortable amount of space, and the beds were comfortable!
