Nice place - convenient for the tradeshow

First, Carnell the owner was great ! Responded quickly and handled any issues / questions we had.
MAIN ISSUES:
1. The place needs to be repainted and a deep clean (especially in the bathroom) of the whole place immediately.
2. There was A LOT of marijuana being smoked around the apartment. The place itself does not smell of it but it was VERY strong around us.
Place had everything you need if you want to cook or anything like that. Living room spot is cool and fireplace was a nice touch under the TV.
Parking spot in the garage underneath was very nice.
Gym/Exercise room is not very good.
Good location, near a lot and is was great for us to walk to the Benz for the football game.
