With over 2,200 sq ft of living space and an additional 1,615 sq ft pool area, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout is ideal for families or groups, offering both shared spaces and private retreats.
Two master bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, both offering canal views and direct access to the pool area. The primary master suite includes an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, a large shower, double vanity, and toilet. The second bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the fourth is equipped with two single beds.
The open and bright living area features high ceilings and large panoramic sliding doors, allowing the entire space to open up to the terrace and pool area. This creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A large flat-screen TV and Sonos sound system provide entertainment, while an additional TV with Roku is available in the second master bedroom.
