Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice location-quiet-unit fitted our needs perfectly.NOTE: none of this would stop me from renting again just an observation from a fellow ocm property owner that also rents. Carpet needs deep cleaning/ replacement/ the unit was previously smoked in it had a smoke smell not a issue for us but I'm sure for someone in this entitled world we live in would make a big deal of it. Bathrooms were nicely re done! Kitchen needs work but all was clean and that is all that matters...

This was a great location for my family who likes to workout every morning before going to the beach. We were in walking distance to the beach and Northside Park. We loved the deck and found everything inside to be orderly and functional.

This was my third time renting 114i. The location is appealing because it is a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. The large deck is great for storing beach equipment and cleaning off sand. The parking is awesome , and the pool is perfect . The A/C works well. The washer/ dryer does NOT. On Wednesday morning the washer would not drain leaving our bath towels under soapy water. Vacasa was polite and quick to answer our calls but did little to remedy the problem. We needed a repairman or at the least someone to bring us more towels. They could not do this. 48 hours later after several frustrating calls and texts they finally sent a repairman and some fresh towels. It was very disappointing to spend thousands on this condo and have to share bath towels for several days. The dryer does not dry even when half full. In a storm water comes in above the fully closed bedroom window and gets the bed wet.
Hopefully these issues get addressed soon and I can leave a five-star review next year.
