When only the best will do - This 7th floor Ocean View condo boasts not just one balcony but two! Enjoy sunrises from the East facing balcony and sunsets from the west facing balcony. The balconies are both large at 290 sq ft and 137 sq ft and feature an area to dine outside. No expense was spared in the professional decoration of this luxury residence. From the gorgeous tile floors to the high-end stainless-steel appliances – including a wine refrigerator – you will be impressed with every detail including an air fryer for grilling or heating up you pizza . The chefs kitchen features granite counters and European cabinetry. The family room has comfortable couch and two large chairs, a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets, balcony access as well as a sitting area. The adjoining spa like master bath includes a seamless glass shower with designer tile, dual sink vanities and separate garden tub. This condo was great. It was well furnished, and had everything that you need to have a great time at Daytona Beach. Had no issues with anything during our stay.
This area of Daytona Beach is showing some age, but the property itself was immaculate. Liked that the property was secure, and only tenants and guests had access to the facility.
One recommendation would be to have towel bars or hooks in the master bath so you can hang your wet towels after a shower/bath. Other than this minor issue, we highly recommend this property.
