About this apartment rental

This View! So many things were important to us when selecting a condo to purchase but we know that pretty much everything can be changed or updated except the view and that is what attracted us to this property. Crescent Sands at Windy Hill is a relatively small complex with only 6 floors. It is family friendly and quiet. Our unit (E-2) is just off the elevator and offers beautiful ocean views from both the living room and primary bedroom. Multiple renovations were completed once we purchased the condo in November 2021.
Condo is conveniently located close to Barefoot Landing and many amazing restaurants and has private washer/dryer in the unit.
HOA prohibits renters from bringing pets.

This is a wonderful condo. I usually like staying in a higher elevation,but the second floor was actually perfect .The pool noise was nonexistent and the views were amazing. Inside the condo was decorated in a bright beachy decor with added beach themed items throughout. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The building only had one elevator which I was worried would b a problem moving in and out, but it was not ever an issue. Making me believe that most residents are owners. Overall this was a great vacation w little issues. Would definitely stay here again.
