We are located in the most convenient location in the DC Metro Area. Walking distance to Bens Chill Bowl, Whole Foods, US Capitol, Union Station & Stadium-Armory Metro Stations. Place all of the beautiful DC sights at your fingertips. Located near many restaurants, lounges and night clubs.

Sorry but there is No Private Parking, paid street parking is available. No temporary permits for DC are available.

We enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to several great restaurants, the trolley and a bus stop. The communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The space was clean, however there were some basics like: no light bulbs in the bedroom lamps, no back up toilette paper (we had buy our own), no laundry detergent. There is very little love put into the space. It looks like it was thrown together super fast. Towels were worn, super old and outdated blankets, no flat sheets for under the blanket, holes in the blanket, mattress was super uncomfortable. If you just spent a little time and money on the above, it would be worth it. Overall I would say it was fair and could use more tlc.
