The room itself was very nice and clean. There were a couple things that could use improvement. 1) room service NEVER replaced our toliet paper and Kleenex which was completely out!. When we got back to the room it was late, the front desk was closed and we had to go find a store that was open to get some.Our towels were replaced but nothing else. I couldn't believe that.2) The back deck that overlooks the water would have been a great spot to sit in the evenings however the spiders and spider webs were out ofco trol!! I counted a minimum of 13 huge spiders coating the doorwall and hanging down from the wood outside. NO WAY you could sit out there!That area should be sprayed and cleaned as well.We heard the couple below us complaining about the spiders as well!
