About this house rental

Waterfront Paradise with Pier and boat dock. Views go on forever of Pensacola Bay and Bayou Texar. Everything is new and updated with designer touches throughout. Located in Pensacola City limits with Pensacola Beaches 15 to 20 minutes away, but why leave this place. Downtown Pensacola is a 5 minute drive or 12 minute bike ride. We have everything you need for the perfect vacation. Large open Kitchen with everything you need to cook like at home. 2 Grills one for smoking and one Stainless Gas Grill. Suited for family and friends sleeps 6 adults and 4 children comfortably. Great Lounging and BBQ area under the house that is nice, cool and breezy. Beautiful Pool with views of the bay and bayou. Pool is heated during the cold months.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was well appointed with ample resources and supplies! The home was very well designed, nicely updated, and clean :) The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing for early check-in and reaching out to ensure the pool was functioning properly. Only 10-15 minutes from the beach! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our daughter's Naval Aviation Winging Weekend. It was a great house to visit, and cook dinner together... The house was better than advertised, and the host was very responsive. Lots of bird watching was a bonus' would definitely recommend!!
