The Space:

1591 Lagoon Villa is a recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with a private view and a spacious back patio and comfortably accommodates a party of 4! The coastal decor enhances your stay with beachy vibes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare snacks for the beach, delectable meals, or to entertain. The spacious living area takes in natural light and the comfortable, coastal-inspired seating overlooks the peaceful lagoon views. The backyard deck is large enough to host parties while enjoying the lovely Hilton Head weather.
The primary bedroom is furnished with king size bed and plenty of storage space. The guest bedroom is furnished with a set of twin beds and has a private bathroom. This lovely villa is conveniently located right near the South Beach Marina Village, home of the Salty Dog Cafe.
Included with your rental is a tennis package providing 1 hour of tennis free per day. Proper tennis shoes must be worn for the clay courts.

IMPORTANT: Guests must register and pay before their arrival to use the South Beach Marina Pool. All passes are digital and check-in is required upon entry. A link to apply will be sent with your Pre-Arrival Guidebook.
- Daily Pass: $20 individual, $15 additional guest, $50 for up to 5 people
- Weekly Pass (up to 6 days): $50 individual, $25 additional guest, $125 for up to 5 people

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:
1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.
2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.
3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Fantastic property in a great location!

We got lucky finding this place for our first visit to Hilton Head. This property is in a really great location! We saw so much wildlife just from the back deck, and so we spent hours out there! Herds of deer passed through each evening. The location is also very close to restaurants and bars, as well as recreational activities. The property was clean, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. We'll definitely be back!

Property was spacious lite and bright. However, the range burners worked intermittently. They seem to lose contact while being used. The dryer did not dry very well. It took several runs to dry clothes.
Main issue was a very strong mold smell. My wife has an allergy to mold and had some breathing difficulties. We bought an air filtering unit and this seemed to clear up the issue.
