About this villa rental
Enjoy this lovely condo with gorgeous views overlooking Braddock Cove and a few steps from the beach! Brand new furniture! Top floor 1 BR villa located in SeaPines at South Beach. Just next door and a short walk to Salty Dog and shopping at South Beach Marina. Just across the street and barefoot walk from door is the beautiful Calibogue sound for incredible dolphin/sunset watching over the water! Directly in front of that is the South Beach entrance to miles and miles of paved bike paths around SeaPines and the whole island itself!
New furniture and paint throughout! The beautiful updated kitchen looks out to the spacious living room. The living room has a beautiful water view of Braddock Cove. It also has a sectional sofa, comfortable recliner chair, Pottery Barn wicker chair, new 55 inch smart flat screen TV mounted on wall with streaming capabilities including Youtube TV (cable TV), Netflix, Prime and/or upgraded cable box package including Showtime. Relax with remote controlled ceiling fans throughout as you enjoy the view of Braddock Cove. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter top with bar seating for four, Keurig and standard coffee maker available!
Walk down the hall to an updated bathroom with granite countertops, tile floors and tub/shower combo bath.
The open loft bedroom upstairs has a comfy queen bed with new mattress, smart flat screen TV, two large walk-in closets, seating area, remote controlled ceiling fan, BedJet and Air Filtration System!
This villa is located in the beautiful, private Sea Pines resort. Miles of beautiful private beaches, biking on incredible bike paths shaded by big mossy oak trees and easy riding on the beach with the dolphins! 5-20mn bike ride to Harbour town, Lawton stables, restaurants and shopping, all in SeaPines! Not to mention the golf courses, one being Harbour Town golf links, home of the RBC heritage on the PGA tour! For an additional charge Bluff Villa guest have access to the South Beach Marina Pool very close by.

My daughter and I spent a long weekend at this property. It was exactly as described. Upstairs loft bedroom was warm without the fans, but with the fans on it was very cool and comfortable to sleep. We did not cook in the unit since we were meeting Family, but refrigerator was large dishwasher was large and it was plenty of cabinet space plates, cups, and cutlery. For a couple or two people traveling together, it was perfect. There were a lot of stairs to get in, but that was already known. I would recommend this location if you want to stay in the salty dog area of sea Pines.

The villa suited our needs. The upstairs loft bedroom was warmer than we like but fans were available and they have a cooling mattress technology that we did not try. Within walking distance of the Salty Dog and Pickleball courts

Everything as stated in the advertisement. Trolley transportation was ideal for getting around Sea Pines.

Condo is ELITE! Awesome view out the sliding door. We loved lounging in the living room area with the sliding door open, enjoying the breeze. Literally a 2 minute walk to a quiet stretch of beach. We loved taking runs in the morning to the Harbour and Lighthouse, about 4 miles (8 miles round trip). In the evenings we walked (maybe 5 minutes maximum?) to Salty Dog Cafe for some drinks and live music. BJ came in clutch with the multiple recommendations. From his recommendations we took an awesome bike ride to the lighthouse, followed by lunch with a view at COAST, and finished off riding back to the condo via the beach. If we ever make it back to HHI, this is the only place I will consider staying.
