SUNSHINE TERRACE
As the name implies, Sunshine Terrace catches a great view from multiple balconies including your own private rooftop You also have harbor views from your living room balcony and fantastic river views from your walkout kitchen balcony. Watch boats drift lazily in and out of the harbor or admire the river scape while you sip your coffee in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
The large gourmet kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, and table seating for four. You’ll find the cupboards stocked with all of the tools you need to create a lovely meal. Make sure to take plenty of pictures from your own private rooftop, its Instagram worthy! You can cook while enjoying the company of your entire family around you. Adjacent and open to the kitchen is a comfortable and colorful living area with couch, love seat and flat screen television.
Two bedrooms beckon your restful slumber upstairs for quiet time or conversation. With all the amenities you can ask for in a condo, Sunshine Terrace will be a spot you will never forget.
Make sure to check out the roof top! This spacious rooftop is perfect for dinner, eagle watching or taking in 360-degree views of Heritage Harbor.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.
Sunshine Terrace has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $125 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.
We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.

Easy set up with rental company. Lots of stairs, but we were fine with it.

Overall really good rental. Only negative and it was minor but having a trash can or dumpster close by would be better than taking it up to the welcome center at departure.

The property is nice- I wish I could have seen a map of where I was booking when I booked. But it’s all good I was really happy with the person who helped on the phone get into my place. I really thought I was going to sleep in my car that night because no one answered, but he got back to me and was able to troubleshoot what was happening.
