Welcome to "The "Sisters Beach House" - Cheerfully located directly on a 9 mile long-beautiful - beach. This spectacular waterfront home is sure to make your Norfolk stay interesting & comfortable. Offering a private deck, covered porch, manicured front yard - fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer / smart TV - we've included everything to make this the ideal beach escape. The bright coastal decor plus outdoor area add to an enjoyable stay! Getting to the beach is as simple as walking through the backyard and over the dune! Wow! ..... There are 2 living and dining areas and two fireplaces - Great for extended families! Some dogs ok with $200 pet fee

Very clean , well kept !!! Good neighbors .. wish there was an outdoor shower or have an easier access to rinse off after being at the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The Property Manager/Realty company was very hospitable and responsive. Lots of amenities, beach equipment, fully stocked kitchen tableware, and pots for cooking (Condiments were lacking so bring your own). Air conditioning is good, lots of games and places to spread out in the house. The backyard for the dog(s), and BBQ unit worked well. A couple of items for note: excellent internet/Wi-Fi is a must for us as we worked remotely as well. This service only worked well on the first floor, which made it inconvenient. The pillows were severely sad and should be replaced. The location is great too, 13 to the airport, food, pier, Botanical Gardens, and a bit quieter than the Virginia Beach community. But overall, the home is warm and comfortable, albeit old, it is well maintained. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice big living spaces and great views, plenty of room for a large family or multiple families. Dog friendly and nice neighbors. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

This property is quite old and not very well maintained. The pictures do a great job of presenting the property in the most favorable light. Thus, we were very disappointed when we opened the door because it was not at all as expected. There is a musty smell that permeates the house. The lower level is very dark and dank. The upper level is much better, but there is still the musty odor. The bbq grill is worthless. It should be replaced immediately. The stove cooktop doesn’t work properly. The microwave is very small. We had expected to be able to cook some, but found it very difficult due to the above. Only 1 bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and that room did not have a king size bed. The shower in the hallway leaked and water came through the lower level ceiling onto the floor. The maintenance man sent out said it had happened before (there was plenty of evidence of this) and he would fix it after we left. We would NOT stay there again.
On the plus side, beautiful views of and proximity to the beach. Also, plenty of seating throughout the house.
