About this villa rental
**While this rental is dog-friendly, only 1 non shedding dog under 40 lbs will be considered, let Island Getaway know if you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added. An additional non refundable fee of $150 will be in addition to the price quoted on the booking page**
Absolutely no cats due to allergies*
This home is decorated with coastal touches and décor throughout. As soon as you walk in the front door, you will be "wowed" by the open floor plan, the soft sea foam green colors on the interior, the sunlight that pours in and the pristine landscaped views through the sliding doors off of the living area. As you enter you will find a conveniently located half bath on your right, the open, bright and airy kitchen, dining area that seats up to 8, and an open living area with plenty of seating.
The kitchen is well-stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances and a beautiful island with white quartz to match the quartz counters. There are also 2 bar stools at the island to enjoy a quick breakfast or cup of coffee in the morning. There is a small writing desk perfect for the laptop located just off the kitchen, in its own little nook, when you have to check in with the office or do some quick work-related tasks. The dining area has seating for eight and is open to the kitchen and living area. The living area has a 50" Smart TV with Roku and a beautiful sleeper sectional sofa. Beautiful hardwood floors are throughout the entire villa, very fresh, clean and inviting.
There is a sliding door off the living area that leads to the private deck where you will find a gas grill and dining table, perfect for grilling dinners, enjoying your morning coffee or just relaxing in the evening with your favorite beverage. However you define "Relaxing", you will be sure to enjoy the views of the golf course and the lush landscaping.
Located upstairs are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, 40" smart TV and a private master bath that was recently renovated, which includes a tub/shower combination. It also has a huge master closet.
The guest bedroom has two full beds, a 32" TV and a fully renovated bath, also with a tub/shower combination that is in the hall. You will also find a laundry area with full size appliances conveniently located upstairs in the hall.
The complex is situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds. This townhome is located only a short walk away from the beach, golf, tennis and the newly renovated private complex pool. Get outside and enjoy over 50 miles of bike paths on the island. *This unit offers a Beach Locker located at the Shipyard Beach Club where guests can utilize the owners beach accessories, including chairs, umbrella and beach toys which is a huge bonus. Contact Island Getaway if the chairs or umbrella are damaged or missing. You can leave your beach items in the locker for the week as well, so you won't have to carry your beach chairs from the property.
After staying at 135 The Greens, you will find yourself calling us to rebook every year as you will have found your families new "favorite" spot at the beach!!
If you prefer to drive to the beach, you will be provided a car pass. During the summer months there is a shuttle that stops in the parking lot and will transport guests to the beach club which is located oceanfront in Shipyard Plantation.

Just as pictured online.Modern & updated,
comfy king bed. Peaceful & friendly area , good parking out front and located within easy walk to beach. Any minor issues were responded to immediately with courtesy & consideration. You can relax out front but small back deck was our favorite with a view of the golfers. The A/C worked well but a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. We would likely stay here again and feel it was a good choice.
Island Getaway made everything a breeze with all information on their app so it was always at your fingertips on your phone, that was the best! Lovely people to deal with as well.

Some of the dishes were dirty. Other than that the place was spotless.
The grill on the back deck was not usable due to grease buildup. (Fire hazard). Needs cleaning badly or a new grill.
None of the items in the beach locker were usable. Everything broke and chairs rusted out. We didn’t bring our beach gear since it said it was provided in the locker. We ended up having to go to Walmart and buy chairs and umbrella.
