The Space:
Palm Breeze (Ciboney 2011) offers a fully stocked kitchen providing the perfect place to prepare meals for the entire family. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite, as well as access to the private balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The bunk room is perfect for small children offering twin size bunk beds. The living area also comes equipped a queen sleeper sofa. Guests are steps away from their own private gated beach access on Scenic Gulf Drive. This fabulous vacation complex also features tennis courts and a large community pool to enjoy. Everything you need is nearby including Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin Resort, Harborwalk, Baytowne Wharf, and all the different area attractions and recreational activities. There is truly something for every member of the family. NO PETS NO SMOKING MUST BE 25 TO RENT
Other Things to Note:
Golf carts are allowed with a parking pass. Gas powered carts only. There are no electrical charging stations on the property.

Stayed here in mid July 2025 and everything about the stay went smoothly. Check in was simple and everything was communicated perfectly. The location was great and having a private beach access made the beach area less crowded than other places we saw. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Balcony was nice to hang out on in the morning and evenings. Would for sure stay here again.

The space is used so well, easy to fit even 8 people if needed. More towels then you could ever need. Beds and rooms are great, super easy walk to the beach even for small kids. Our booking was as the hurricane was coming in, and the manager was great in answering my questions and keeping us updated on the latest. Would absolutely book again.

Ciboney 3009 and 2011 were both great. Very good location, very short walk to beach. Staff was very helpful and the condo was really nice. Close to several restaurants and shopping outlets. Would definitely recommend if you are going to Destin.

I booked this stay through VRBO and for some reason the wrong dates were selected. I thought we would lose out on our money since I couldn’t adjust the dates on VRBO. I called owners, Vacation Beach Bums, and Monica was able to move my dates.
The location is less than a 2 minute walk from the beach. The accommodations were top notch. Plenty of cookware, plating, and silverware. We did plenty of cooking and baking during our stay without any issues. The location had plenty of room for all 7 of us. I can’t say enough how great this stay was; would definitely book again.
