Condo is equipped with its own private password protected internet modem. Internet speed is Xfinity 100 mbps. Beach essentials such as beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella are provided!
Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and dishes you will need for your stay. Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and a ninja grill air fryer combo!
Attached to the living room is the enclosed lanai with a breath-taking view to the famous Siesta Key beach! In the lanai there are theater like recliners so you can kick up your feet and enjoy the view! The condo has HD Comcast cable in every room!

Affordable, clean, great location, comfortable, and well taken care of. Pool is a great amenity. Great communication with owners. Would highly recommend staying here!

Condo was A++!! Kids loved it and felt it was “Homey” and did not want to leave! Condo was clean, beautiful reno, nice neighborhood, will definitely be back! Ashley was great and communication was superb!
