Wonderful Ocean Views of the Gulf beyond the waterfall, visible from both bedrooms and your private screened in terrace! 900m walk to world famous Siesta Key Beach! This 2 bedroom 2 bath is in perfect condition, new flooring, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furnishings. You will come in the door and your mouth drops from looking at the breathtaking views. Community has 2 pools, 3 har-tru tennis courts, and a private marina for touring. Kayak storage and launch area, bike storage, BBQ and picnic area are also the many activities you can enjoy! There is also a social room for parties and a pool table, work out room with showers. Everything you will need for vacationing all year. Staying here you can also experience the best beaches in the USA! Take a Trolley ride to the Siesta Key village where you can shop or dine. Paradise awaits you in this vacation home!

The unit faces the Gulf Ocean and the beautiful Harbor Towers & Yacht club waterfall.
Walk or drive to the beach it is less than a half mile away! Here you will find the best sand made of crushed quartz we promise you will not be disappointed. The beach has bathrooms as well as a great spot you can grab lunch or ice cream.
2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit, both bedrooms have their own en-suite attached. Private master suite with large walk in closet and sitting area. Private Washer & Dryer unit in the condo for your use.
Downstairs you will find the pool along with the marina and beautiful inter coastal where you can watch dolphins and manatees swim by.
There are many places to rent kayaks / canoes which will deliver them to the condo or you can bring your own! There is a full kayak launch pad in the marina complete with handle bars to get out.
