This wonderful Gulf-front rental will put you so close to the water, you will be able to head out and be on warm sand within seconds, yet to see the water, you will have to get past the dunes right outside! The living room will provide you access to this wonderful walk-off patio. You will fall in love with the patio, which is furnished with chairs and a table for your comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the dunes. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Not to mention, a private washer and dryer are also in the kitchen for keeping sandy suits clean. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat in then there are many wonderful restaurants located nearby as well as shopping available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. There will be no shortage of entertainment as this condo is equipped with two TVs, an upgraded TV package to include premium movie channels and sports networks, a DVR to record, two DVD players, free high-speed WiFi, and a CD stereo system located in the living room. Additionally, you and your friends will be granted access to a community outdoor pool! Don't worry about crowds either, as there are only 27 condos, making this a low-density complex perfect for families.

Beach service included May - October.
There is no elevator in the building.
Construction crews will be rebuilding all of the balconies on the back of the building. During this time, the patio of the condo will not be usable. The sliding glass doors may be boarded up during this process for safety measures. You will still have access to the parking lot and use of the pool and beach access. The construction crews will have the work area contained and you will still be able to access the beach from the boardwalk. The construction crew will be working on-site Monday-Saturday from 8 a. m. - 6 p.m. The current booking rates have been deeply discounted from November - April due to this construction. Please call if you have any further questions regarding construction or booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
