About this apartment rental

Cozy two-bedroom, two-bath condo just 2 blocks from Frisco's Main Street. From there, you can catch the bus to Copper Mountain, enjoy local restaurants, shops, galleries, and brewpubs. Ten Mile Creek runs adjacent to the complex, which you will cross on your way to hiking trails and the Summit County bike path that goes all the way to Breckenridge and Vail Pass. Close to I-70, you are just 25 minutes from Vail, 10 minutes from Copper, 20 minutes to Keystone, and 30 minutes from Breckenridge.

The full kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed to entertain. The living room features a user-friendly electric fireplace.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds).

You are just steps away from all the adventure this county has to offer. Step out the door and cross-country ski or snowshoe in the winter on the nearby rec path, hop on the free bus to one of the ski resorts, or visit the new Frisco Adventure Park, including a super fun tubing hill. In the summer, there are several trailheads nearby, the long rec path for a bike ride or walk, and the Frisco Marina is always a great place to visit. After a long day of adventure, come back and sit by the fire. There is also an indoor hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, game room, and small exercise room. This is the perfect condo in the perfect mountain town, no matter the season.

The property itself was cozy and the perfect size for a family with teens. I liked the propane grill, the coffee grounds gifted for the Keurig, bunk bed room for the teens, the heater fireplace and the board games. Although we didn't use it, we thought it was pretty cool to have a Nintendo available for the kds. The reason for a 4-star is because I notified the management about a low battery on the smart door lock the day of arrival. Next day, I got locked out in 29°F weather because the door battery went completely dead. This shouldn't have happened since they knew the battery needed changing. Also, there was no access to the complex laundry room because they left us the wrong key. I had to find a laundromat in town because the correct key was never delivered. There was no lack of communication between the management and I. Texting was a breeze and they text me back quickly. The issue was with the follow-up.

Perfect place to stay for skiing at Copper if wanting to take the bus. Laundry available on site. Pool and hot tub. Can walk downtown. All you basic amenities provided- toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, shampoo etc. Everything needed for making meals at home. Overall, great place!

We enjoyed our visit to Ten Mile Island. The condo was so close to downtown Frisco and within walking distance to town, the bike paths and the Summit Stage. The condo was the perfect size for the four of us. We so enjoyed the snacks, wine and coffee that were there upon our arrival. We also loved the varied game selection and didn't even play the games we had brought up. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, the carpet could have used another sweep of the vacuum as we found some small bits of debris and silly bands on the floor. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The unit itself was so quiet and we rarely heard any others guests. We would welcome another stay!

Great location! Super convenient to all 4 Vail resorts. Parking was a bit of an issue on the weekend. We were afraid to leave in the evening as unsure we would get a spot I. We've spent the last 4 winters skiing around, staying at many different rentals, and we've come to Frisco every year. We love being on this end of Main St, and the fact that we have easy access to some of the best resorts around! This condo was plenty spacious for us, and was well equipped. The Keurig got clogged and I couldn't get it to work, so I called the management company and they sent a new one over in no time! Very impressive. I'd recommend this condo ; we would stay here again.

Communication with/from the property management team (SkyRun Summit) was excellent. Property location was great for us - minutes to skiing at Copper Mountain, along with an easy walk into the heart of Frisco. We especially appreciated the kitchen amenities, equipment, and great appliances (we tend to cook a good amount and we had everything we needed). Would stay here again, for sure.

Location was great, right off of I-70, Frisco is a beautiful town, reminded us of a Hallmark movie! Our condo was well equipped with all the necessities. Price was very reasonable for a family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.
