Roomy Main Street Condo with views of Mt Royal on Bus Route

Perfect place to stay! Walking distance to Frisco condo was clean and cozy and well stocked

Good condo. Great location. A little dated but I'm never disappointed to have a deck looking at the mountains.

Out family had a wonderful time. Location is incredibly convenient and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Not sure how to capture this, but the condo had such a warm inviting atmosphere that it felt less like a vacation rental and more like staying in a family home with every detail thoughtfully considered.One tip for first time visitors to the area: Frisco's high elevation can take some getting used to. Take it easy first day or two, give your body time to acclimate, and follow the locals' advice - drink plenty of water!Can't wait to go back.

Our major disappointment was somewhat on us. We did not ask what floor the Rental was on (this property is on the top floor - number 3), nor did we ask if there was an operable elevator (the answer is NO). Walking up and down 3 1/2 flights of stairs with young children, luggage, groceries, laundry, garbage, each and every day took our breath away. Yes, we are from sea level, and should know better. If we would have asked the right questions, we would have NOT rented the property. I’m not sure who is responsible to communicate this info before a rental is agreed upon, but we will never make that mistake again. The laundry dryer was not operating one of the days of our trip and that added to our up/down travels. The property had all of the items we needed - working appliances, great shower/bath, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and comfortable bedding. The interiors are a bit over used (worn carpeting, operable and inoperable windows, bent screening, missing door curtain blades, ceiling light fixtures (over the fireplace) that do not work properly, and other bulbs that were not operating) - but nothing that can’t be dealt with. These are things that can be overlooked if all you are seeking is a place to park and find adventure in the Mountains. The location is close to the interstate with easy access to the highway and to downtown Frisco and beyond. I suggest the owners double check the dimensions between the railings posts on all the floors - seems to wide.
