About this apartment rental

Our unit is located on Quiet End of Main Street in beautiful Frisco, Colorado. This fully-equipped and completely remodeled unit has skylights, a dry stack stone, floor to ceiling hearth with new gas fireplace, a private deck facing Mount Royal and the bike/hike/snowshoe path that goes throughout Summit County. A free shuttle stops right outside your door to take you to all of the nearby towns and ski areas.

Stroll down Main Street and you will find many wonderful restaurants and great little shops as you walk your way up to the the south end of town and the Lake Dillon Marina. The marina rents all sorts of kayaks, sailboats, and canoes. Right behind and north of our unit are the trailheads for some great hikes. We leave our 'hike book' out for all of our renters to enjoy and add to!

Break away from the over-crowded resort towns, and enjoy a real vacation in Frisco! We are sure you will find, as we have, this is the best little town in Colorado.

The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king and the second bedroom has a queen and a double bed.

About this apartment rental

Our unit is located on Quiet End of Main Street in beautiful Frisco, Colorado. The view from the condo is amazing! We loved that the bike/walking path and trailhead to Mt. Royal is just out the back door. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The gas fireplace was a bonus when the temperature dropped when the storms rolled in. Parking was easy. The owner provided the entry code days in advance with great instructions. The property met all of our needs.

Excellent location, and clean, well stocked unit. Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay. Be advised, if anyone in your group has mobility issues, this is a third floor unit with no elevator. Our fit, athletic family found it a little tiring to bring our belongings upstairs, but it was well worth the effort.

We’ve been to Frisco many times and this is our second stay in this condo building, but a different unit. Overall it had everything we needed, including a few extras - such as spices to help with dinner, any utensil or appliance needed, some usb ports for charging, covered parking which saved us on snow days, and easy access to the freeway. Unit was spotless upon arrival and the owners were super helpful too when I misplaced instructions (thanks!). Overall solid and comfortable place.

From KC we come to Colorado every summer and we adore Frisco as it is close to everything and so cute and quaint. This location first of all is fantastic. We had windows open since the weather was lovely and you can hear the highway but nothing too intrusive. The path right behind the condo is fantastic. Walkers and bikers alike…We even saw rock climbers and next time we will bring our poles because the running stream runs right along the trail and it’s perfect. We did the 8 miles of North 10 mile trail and it did not disappoint. We walked right to it. The condo was clean and offered everything we needed and the morning view with coffee fantastic!! Would gladly come right back gain—-thank you!!

Nice, roomy apartment, close to Copper, Breck, A-Basin, Keystone, Vail. Bus to Copper is right outside! The property abuts directly on the rec path and Mt. Royal out the back door, but is only a 10 minute walk to restaurants in the heart of Frisco.

A little away from the main street of Frisco, this property has easy access to the bike/walking trail that connects to Vail, several hikes in the area and the restaurants of downtown. In a car, it's an easy drive to Vail or Breckenridge or Summit. Overall the location is great. Parking onsite is easy. It is on the third floor, so worth knowing if you have difficulty with stairs or plan to be in and out frequently. The unit itself is as described. It's a little more cluttered than other VRBOs, but it feels a bit more homey than other short term rentals as a result. Overall, would stay here again.

Great location. Beautiful view of Mt Royal from the balcony, plus lots of Humming bird visits! Climb to the 3rd floor did tax me a bit each time, but recovering on the balcony was lovely. Overall the Condo was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The indoor parking is very convenient.

overall we enjoyed the property, very clean with all the necessary amenities. we do like a hot tub but that "amenity" was not available. The property's features listing should be updated. Also, i did not get the door code in a timely manner. I suggest sending a text so don't need to dig through emails.

This is a great place to stay when you plan to ski in the area. The Summit Stage picks you up right outside, it's very handy. Frisco is a great town for being a tourist. Since the hot tub is not an option anymore, a tiger tail or a foam roller would be good to have for tired skiers' muscles at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay!

It's a very nice property, beautiful view of a mountain out the back. Great location. Easy access to Breck and Keystone and not far from Vail. The property was very comfortable. I would be happy to stay there again.

Perfect location close to I-70, host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The only pity is hot tub in the community was at maintenance and I did not found laundry on site, but the apartment itself is perfect!

We loved our stay. If you have health issues just be aware it is 3 floors up to the condo. Otherwise, it had a nice balcony to look at the mountain and everything we needed. The hot tub wasn’t working and the area it was in wasn’t open at all.

The unit and all of the furnishings (kitchenware, towels, linens, etc. ) are very dated and in many cases not serviceable. The hot tub has been out of service for sometime, but we were not aware of this.

The view from the balcony was awesome. Beds were comfortable but pillows were a little rough. Great kitchen. Owners were quick to respond when we couldn’t find the condo. Good location for summer activities. Reasonably priced and affordable. HOWEVER, it should be noted this is on the third floor with no elevator. Also the hot tub was not working indefinitely. I would stay here again though!

You will have a king bed, a queen bed, a full bed and a big comfortable couch (not every couch is comfortable) for your family to rest. Then your unit will be minutes away from the Breckenridge, Copper and even Vail. Also was very pleased with owners timely communication and information provided. Unit was clean and well maintained. Thank you! A few things to consider if you are going to Frisco: NUMBER ONE - bring lots of quarters with you, because there are no chance to get them and you will not be able to do your laundry. NUMBER TWO - don't rent a sedan for a winter. It is extremely hard to get out from the unit garage ( would be very helpful for the visitors to have some sand box in the garage and a shovel) and streets of Frisco are poorly maintained during the snow storms.

This property is well supplied and comfortable. However, the furniture is wearing and somewhat dingy in the living room & the carpet could use a cleaning. I can't imagine a nicer kitchen to work with and the king bed is super comfy. Be ready for a 3rd floor hike for every activity..

Was more than what we expected 😁 location was perfect! Close to Frisco Main Street and shopping center. Beautiful Mountain View and such a serene area. Appliances worked perfectly 👍🏽 Enough space , comfortable beds, great water pressure and cable/ internet always function😁 HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH MY FAMILY❤️ Balcony was constantly visited by hummingbirds breathtaking!. Had a terrific time in Frisco; this condo was perfect for us. Right off the interstate, with trails for hiking just behind the condo and a little bridge over the creek. Only a 5 min drive to the free sledding hill, and grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway). Well-stocked and clean -- would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved this place. You couldn't have a better location. Right off of highway for 5 minute access to Copper, but also for convenient shopping in Frisco. Bus to Copper and back outside the door every 30 minutes! Amazing hiking directly outback. Can't wait to go back!
