The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed at this home for a week. The house was very clean and large enough for our family. The house is updated and very cute. Upon arrival the home smelled like gas, two of the burners on the stove were left on. We aired out the house and had no more issues. The electric was a little wonky. The downstairs bathroom had no electric along with most of the outlets in the kitchen. It seemed as if the breaker had tripped. We didn’t have access to the breaker box to check. We were gone most of the time enjoying activities in Breck so it didn’t really bother us. I would definitely recommend.
