For the price point on this home, it's a great deal for staying close to the beach. Humans and dogs in our party enjoyed the enclosed 2nd level deck off the main living area for enjoying the sun and breeze. Lots of games, puzzles, and dvds available for when Oregon Coast weather keeps you indoors. The home is definitely very well loved, but that's to be expected in a vacation rental in general, and again a very fair price point for this home.

Save your money on this one. Very poor layout. Kitchen and very small dining downstairs, living room upstairs. Upstairs deck has partial view but absolutely nothing to sit on. Crud covered front window and moldy deck railing (these issues were mentioned in a previous review but never corrected). There are better places.
