Mrs Dawn was amazing. There was a bad storm that came through the day before checkin knocking out the power. She kept us informed every step of the way and that power came back on 30 minutes or so before we arrived. She was there finalizing cleaning and cooling it down.
The care and attention she gives is crazy. From the coffee bar that was prepped and ready to treats like donut bars, coffee cakes and granola bars, to even having stuff for snores ready for the fire pit.
For the price, location, time and attention from the host, I definitely recommend your stay here.

The house is adorable. Well decorated and nice furnishings. The beds are so comfortable. Host is so kind to provide things for s’mores, breakfast cakes and so many things you end up needing. Great stackable washer and dryer. Nice vacuum to use haha IFKYK This was our best VRBO experience to date. Highly recommend. And host couldn’t have been more responsive or nicer. We will be back.

Great location. Great host. She put amazing work into the house. It looks wonderful!! My only complaint is the smell of the house. And no I have not mentioned it to, Dawn. But I do think it's helpful to inform other potential guests in the future. Looks to be water damage.. it is very evident on the hardwood floors. Another thing to note... You are connected to another VRBO stay. (If guests are scheduled of course) But it's all one house and the host must of put a wall up to separate the two places. I guess I'd describe it as a connected condo. I honestly would stay again if it wasn't for the smell of this house. But it was too bothersome for me. I would take an old finished home with no toxic smell over a newly remodeled with a bad smell of water damage or whatever else you have going on.
