Lake Life 2026-- COME ONE COME ALL -- Book now!! This fully remodeled 3 bedroom condo is PERFECT way to fight off the Winter Blues... Starting In Jan -- Discounts for off season and for early spring weekday or weekend getaways -- Ask your therapist about FLEXCATION -- this does a Mom, Dad, and Family good. Private 'garden' (ground floor) entry - lots of space indoors and out and high speed internet to “work from home” -- at the lake! Check us out and enjoy your summer MORE - take a quick break from the rat race that is life and give yourself some down time. Trust me it’s worth it!
Still THE Perfect spot for a family get away -- a golf weekend, girls trip or whatever!! This place will get u away from all the reality’s and hopefully energize everyone and maybe even be your 'new normal'.... Your fully renovated condo offers all the amenities of our other incredible 1 bedroom unit with just a little more space. Mom and Dad can stretch out on a King Bed with their very own Master Bath... While the second bedroom has 2 Queens for a comfortable night to recharge, the 3rd bedroom has plenty of space for the kids... A brand new full day bed w/ twin bunk await the kids. A large (bed)room with an extra Smart TV (bring on Netflix, Prime or Stream whatever) -- so they can unwind after a day of Sand, Sun, and Surf. What's close you ask? Well, a quick trip south gets you to downtown St Joseph in 10 min or less for a gorgeous beach town setting. Twenty Minutes to the north is South Haven, with another incredible downtown with all the beach town amenities. Even being tucked snugly between 2 iconic Beachfront villages, you will feel miles away from what we call 'reality'. The best part is that this is CLOSE to everything!! You will not lose a day in transit!! Chicago -- 2 hours. Detroit or Cincinnati - 3 Hours, St Louis -- 5 Hours... A quick trip to the Greatest Lake will be the highlight of your summer activities. Or Spring OR Fall!! We love the opportunity to share these places. We enjoyed staying here, and especially appreciated the convenience to both the beach and the pool! Relatively quiet and well-stocked lower-level condo with just a short drive to St. Joe’s.

This is a wonderful location, we really enjoyed having the golf cart to ride to take to a well kept beach spot, it would have been quite the walk, especially with all our beach stuff. The heated pool was so much fun for the kids, definitely a plus for this rental.Being that this Unit is a bottom level (garden entrance) it is much like a basement, with so much moisture, the dehumidifier could not keep up. We literally emptied the dehumidifier up to 7-10 times a day. The air conditioner was two wall units that were not working properly, the main wall unit in the main living area was leaking water our entire stay, we put our plastic tub under the unit and collected 4-5 gallons of water in a day. The owner said that he would get someone out to fix it, but wanted us to be there, but we were out doing our vacation, so it never got repaired while we were there, and was insufficient cooling. The moisture left a musty smell that was difficult for those with allergies. Lastly, this is a bottom unit with two other units above it, making it excessively noisy at times.
