About this house rental
This an Upstairs Duplex with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
Features a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen gadgets. Not only is there a coffee maker, we've created an area that many would consider a slice of coffee heaven. You'll be able to percolate it, french press it, traditional drip it, cold brew drip it, and Kuerig your coffee. If you like lattes, mochas, espressos and macchiattos we've got you covered too!
The beds are firm and fluffy, and the assortment of pillows will likely satisfy even the most persnickety of sleepers. Unlike hotels, each room has its own door which means three separate sleeping areas so that everyone can snore-in-peace!
If you're in the mood for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you'll find that our kitchen has all of the pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking supplies that you'd normally find in your own home. You'll also find a slow cooker, Pizzaz rotating oven, rice cooker, pressure cooker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, and many more kitchen appliances and gadgets!
The dining room table seats six and the living room features a nicely sized 43in TV along with a big hide-a-bed couch so you can bring the folks that you didn't think would be able to fit into your original vacation and/or work plans!
Our location is a huge feature too! It is situated on a quiet street overlooking Kiwanis Park. This large park is sits along the Sheboygan River and features an archery range, authentic Biergarten, skate park, soccer fields, baseball fields, kayak launch, and the perfect hills for sledding in winter.
You're also a short 4 minutes drive from Lake Michigan if you're in the mood for a sandy beach or sailboat!

Brian did a good job of describing the check-in process and communicating with me before the trip. A friend and I stayed two nights. The apartment is spacious with plenty of light, and the central location of the apartment gave us quick and easy access to any part of Sheboygan. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. There was also a large dining room table , ideal for a larger group of people, which I didn't see in the listing.
There are a couple things that would have made our stay more comfortable and more in line with what we expected for the price. The apartment listing described two beds and a pull-out couch for sleeping, and we planned to use two of the beds. One bed is very comfortable. The other really needs a new mattress (and perhaps box springs). I tried to sleep on it but gave up after a couple of hours. I then tried sleeping on the couch's pull out bed and, as is usually the case, it was uncomfortable as well and I didn't get much sleep. A young child likely could sleep on it, but not most adults.
We also had a difficult time trying to operate the out-dated shower handle. It would be an inexpensive fix to install a new one. We appreciated how clean most of the apartment was, but for the price we expected a little better quality of some household items such as linens/towels, some of the rugs, and cookware. With just a few improvements, this would be a really nice place to stay.

Brian and the accommodation were great. Very comfortable accoms and well placed for the Ryder Cup and popping in and out of Downtown Sheboygan.
