About this house rental
Newly renovated 4 bedroom and 2 full bath home set back from the road is a peaceful oasis. 2 minute drive to Ski Butternut, 8 minutes to downtown Great Barrington. Vaulted ceilings, heated tile bathroom floors and 2 wood burning stoves and minisplit AC/Heating systems in every room. Gas grill, covered gazebo and a firepit perfect for a year round escape. Child's play structure with two swings and a slide also on premise.

My wife and two girls (8 months and 3.5 years) had an incredible stay! We love the Berkshires and I have been coming for 30 years, but this was by far the best trip we have ever had. Zach is an incredible host - very responsive and accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. We will definitely be coming back for many more summers (and falls & winters) to come - it is our new "rental home away from home"!

We had a great weeklong stay at this property. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to town / Butternut. Also, Zach was very responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!
