This premier 3rd floor, 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath condo is the perfect retreat to relax and unwind! Don't worry about what you need—this spacious 1315-square-foot condo has it all!
THE SPACE: This condo has a large private balcony where you can take in the beautiful view of the gulf or unwind and watch the kids play in the pool. The LIVING ROOM is beautifully decorated with an entry to the balcony and is spacious with comfortable seating, a queen size sofa-sleeper and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The fully stocked KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, a work desk, and a slider entrance to the balcony. The large master bath has a walk-in shower and double vanity. Every bedroom has a private bathroom! BEDROOM 2 has two full size beds, BEDROOM 3 has a queen size bed and both have adjoining baths with a tub/shower combination. In addition, there is an additional half bath near the entryway for guests! A full-size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and free WIFI are provided for your convenience. You will also enjoy the keyless entry system---no need to keep track of keys!
THE PROPERTY: Stay, play and never leave the complex! The Beach Club is a luxury beach resort located 12 miles from Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores in the Fort Morgan area. You will enjoy the private sugar white sand beach on this 86-acre resort which includes walking trails and a QR fitness trail. Available in season are beach chair and umbrella rentals, parasailing and other activities. Included in your rental is access to any of the 4 pools, hot tubs, boardwalks with showers leading to the beach, wading pools and restrooms at the foot of each building. You have access to order food and drinks from the outdoor Tiki bar and grill, use the playground now open from dawn to dusk, basketball courts, walking trails and tram services. Additionally, you are welcome at the clubhouse salon for spa services and the fine dining restaurant and bar. You can take the free tram to the entrance of the resort to enjoy the restaurants and The Mercantile convenience store which has beach apparel, coffee and ice cream. Seasonally there are activities for the kids, bike rentals, live entertainment, volleyball, arcade and food trucks at The Village Lawn! Additional amenities: The owner is a MEMBER of the Clubhouse which allows you to enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities for a daily fee which covers your entire party and is based on the number of days you choose. You may request a tour of the Club's amenities before purchasing. The daily fee is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk. Amenities include: Indoor heated pool, seasonally heated outdoor pool with Tiki Bar & Grill, fitness center, game room, ladies and gentlemen's separate locker rooms with saunas, children's activities and access to the tennis courts.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We lived every day! The beach was great, pool was great and kept very clean! We had plenty of things in the kitchen to cook with some days and lived the balcony! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a very easy booking, and check in and out it all was just perfect!

Took our immediate family of nine for a three day weekend….laid by the pool until time to check in…appreciate the room being ready a little before check in…nice view of the pool and beach from our 3rd floor balcony…rooms were clean and accommodations were comfortable for all…enjoyed our meal the first evening at the Food Trucks on the Village Lawn at the entrance…good weather and good times!

Nice complex. 5 seniors on a girl trip. Did have issue with toilet but plumber came. He didn’t tell us it was fixed so a little miscommunication there but not a hardship. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo sets and small roll of toilet paper so be sure to bring some. Plenty of paper towels and dish soap in kitchen plus 2 pods for dishwasher and 2 pods for laundry. Dollar General 2 minutes down the road. We were not able to get Rouku working but again other channels were sufficient

We really enjoyed our stay at the Avalon. The unit was very nice and spacious! I would suggest some new cookware because the teflon is coming off but that s all. For the resort, I dont think its right to charge people $45 to park in a big spacious open parking lot. I feel this should be included with the room. On a positive note the resort was private and beautiful!
