About this cottage rental
This newly built bungalow boasts an open concept design with custom details in every corner. The well thought out floor plan affords you everything you need including a full kitchen, island for both food prep and seating, bathroom, sleeping loft, comfortable living room, dining area, washer/dryer, and ample storage. The space has high ceilings and numerous windows to capture an abundance of natural light, providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Details of the house include refinished reclaimed wood beams and trim, granite countertops, concrete floors, oversized hand made barn doors, a cozy gas stove, and a brand new smart tv for watching your favorite shows on Netflix or Hulu.
Sleeping arrangements include a sleeping loft with a brand new queen memory foam mattress, which is accessed by a built in custom ladder. For additional guests or those who prefer not to navigate the ladder, there is a full sleeper sofa with updated memory foam mattress next to the gas stove. This space will comfortably accommodate a single traveler, couple, or a small family.
The neighborhood is centrally located to everything you would want or need during your stay. We are located less than a mile to downtown for your dining and shopping enjoyment. If you feel like staying a little closer to home, there are delicious dining options, a coffee shop, and one of Missoula's best breweries within a blocks of the house. The university is just a 2 mile walk or bike away, and can be accessed from the river trail. For those looking for an active getaway, include the North Hills in your morning run from the Water Works west trail head one mile away, paddle board the Clark Fork River, or walk to a morning barre class.
Our family lives in a separate house on the property and can be available to answer questions but will provide you with the space and privacy to enjoy your stay.

Perfect location. Centrally located close to restaurants, bars, hikes, etc. home was very clean and had all the basics needed for making meals. Felt very homey.

This was a perfect place for me to stay while visiting family in Missoula. It had everything I needed and it exceeded my expectations.It’s updated with modern amenities. I really liked the fully enclosed shower. There is a large island with a sink in the kitchen area that was very useful. This place has the feel of a professionally remodeled rustic cabin and is kept very clean.I was there on my own so it was the perfect size, very relaxing. I think a couple would be comfortable there as well. Any more than two people I think might feel cramped. There isn’t a bedroom per se but there is a wide loft with a large and comfortable bed.A couple of considerations about the loft would be the ladder getting up to it and low head room. It is very sturdy in its construction with beautiful lumber but you need the physical capacity to access it safely.It feels welcoming and is nicely decorated, it has the Missoula vibe. The couch and living area chair were very comfortable as well. I enjoyed speaking with the owner Danielle, she is very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here as my first choice the next time I visit. My family will recommend it to others visiting Missoula. By the end of my trip it felt like home to me, I wasn’t ready to leave it!!
