We enjoy staying here because it is close to our family. The house is clean and nicely decorated. It apparently has little insulation. We had to use space heater to bring the temperature up to reasonable level.

We had a generally enjoyable stay at this property. The host communicated well prior to arrival and we didn't really need anything special during the stay so we didn't have to ask for anything to review their ongoing responsiveness. The place was generally well appointed with plenty of towels, TP and other items that made it feel like they cared about our experience during the stay. We thought they were a bit short on a few items in the kitchen initially, but later found them in the dishwasher so be sure to check there and in the dryer if there is something you can't initially find.
The unit is centrally located in Missoula with a few things walkable but most were a short drive for us. The hosts put together a helpful book to explain the amenities in the unit and good places to eat and shop close to the house which we appreciated. Photos accurate describe the unit. The unit was clean and the bedding was very comfortable.
The only critique I would offer would be in regards to the den TV. The hosts do not have cable and rely on streaming services. Not a big deal since I didn't come to Missoula to watch TV but had some down time in the afternoon and wanted to watch a football game. I couldn't get it to properly connect to their internet so I could cast the broadcast from my account and the app store on the TV didn't have many options to try to set up your own services. They do have a Roku on a smaller TV in the bedroom which worked fine. I fought the den TV early in the stay and knew I would have to watch the game upstairs so it was a minor inconvenience.
All in all, it was a great place to stay to explore Missoula and we would stay here again if we came back to the area. It was a cozy, comfortable place for the last days of our time in Montana.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue house in Missoula. This property is situated conveniently for anything we needed.
The accommodations were great and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean and we loved the eclectic wall decor.

This little Missoula townhouse was cute, and we'd have considered booking it often if it had been more functional. The heating system was inadequate, so we were in jackets and sweaters the whole time we were there. Even the added space heater in the living area never got the temperature above 69 degrees, and the chilly upstairs bathroom made showering less than ideal.
The tub/shower combo requires a tall step-over into a deep soaking tub, which, frankly, was super slippery. Without any grab bars, it felt pretty perilous to both my spouse and me.
The smart television in the living room would not connect to WiFi so three days of streaming news on our computers was the only option.
Such a bummer, as it's close to our kids' home.
