This elegant condo located in our Pioneer Park Condos has had a recent make-over from head to toe! The owner of this unit has a background in interior design and has brought the spark to this unit. The elegance of this condo is only the beginning of a great time you will have here. Our condos are only a 10 minute walk from the heart of downtown Bend, we are also just steps away from the Deschutes River.
This condo is a great home base for either working from home or while vacationing. You will have access to all things Central Oregon and more. There is room enough for 4 persons. 2 can sleep in the master bedroom where there is a king size bed and 2 more can sleep comfortably on the queen sofa bed in the living room. Plus there are 2 full size bathrooms in this condo, a full size kitchen with all your cooking needs, a great living space with plenty of comfy places to sit and relax after a fun filled day in Bend.
Also included in this condo is a grill on the patio for your BBQ cravings! We can say with out a doubt that this is the condo to stay at in Bend, you will have all you home comfort needs and the personal touches of our designer savvy owner.

Great location and easy book and check-in. Nice location by the river and could walk into downtown Bend. The one thing we were disappointed in were the heater/air conditioning units. They obviously had not be cleaned for some time. Completely covered in dust and the filters were disgusting so we were unable to use them. But great communication from the property manager.

Great location but our apartment floor was absolutely filthy. The bathroom sink was blocked and the other bathroom looked clean but smelled like sewage. The apartment itself was comfortable. Communication was good.
