Walk the other way on Newport and you're in the trendy Newport restaurant row. It's also convenient to Ten Barrel and other local breweries. Cozy home right in the middle of it all on Newport Ave. This cozy home has a bedroom with new queen bed and High Def TV (without a door to keep the open feel so technically a studio), living area with comfy couch that can be converted to a single bed should each guest prefer his/her own sleeping area, a convenient kitchen including a stove/oven and full-size refrigerator, and a full bath with tub/shower combo . Free WIFI.
Your private getaway has a new, fenced backyard with patio set and bbq grill for your enjoyment.
Convenient parking space for a small car in front of house and parking for larger vehicles on the street.

Location was perfect, was not disturbed by neighbors. Unit was mostly clean, however, upon entering the unit I took my sandals off and noticed I was walking on dirt/crumbs. There was an AC unit in the living space but the air didn’t quite reach the bedroom and it was pretty hot at night (even with the fan on). There was an actual key to the door instead of a keypad so I was nervous I was going to lose that the whole time. Parking is also interesting, you can park on the gravel pad in front of the house if your parallel parking skills are intact, otherwise, you can park on the street directly in front of the house. Overall I felt safe and it was a place to stay, not sure I would stay here again, though.

The location and size were excellent, given the occasion we could walk to the main experiences of Bend within 10 minutes. The property was spotless and delightful to stay in, we’d love to come again!

Older, Clean property but If you are noise sensitive this is not the location for you. You can walk to downtown easily however which out of towners may enjoy.
